The Belgium international is stalling on the penning of fresh terms at Stamford Bridge and has aired his admiration for Real in the past.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho wants to sign Inter midfielder Joao Mario and will offer Juan Mata in exchange.
Mourinho is keen to improve his central midfield options in the January transfer window and is ready to sacrifice Mata to bring in Joao Mario.
However, Inter are not so keen on Mata and would prefer to see the currently out-of-favour Henrikh Mkhitaryan included in any potential swap deal.
