1.Napoli will face Leipzig.
Italian club Napoli will face German high-flyers RB Leipzig in the pick of the Europa League last-32 ties following the draw on Monday.

2. Hodgson is disappointed.
Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson attempted to play down Christian Benteke’s penalty miss after the club’s former goalkeeper said he would have broken the striker’s nose for the costly blunder.

Although the former Athletic Bilbao coach has chosen to change from a 4-3-3 to a 4-4-2, adding a man in midfield to increase ball possession, this Barcelona are also far cry from Pep Guardiola’s passing demons from 2008-12.

6. East Asian Championship.
South Korea got the better of North Korea on the football field on Tuesday, winning 1-0 at the East Asian Championship.
North Korea defender Ri Yong Chol scored an own-goal in the 64th-minute to give the South Koreans the victory.

7. Strict manager in Everton.
New Everton manager Sam Allardyce will hold one-on-one talks with first-team players regarding their future at the Premier League club before making plans for the January transfer window.

8. Injury time for Mustafi.
Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi has been ruled out of Wednesday’s Premier League game at West Ham United due to a thigh injury and midfielder Aaron Ramsey is doubtful with a hamstring problem.
