Porto float as Leipzig slip

In a crunch match between Group G members FC Porto and RB Leipzig, Porto came out on top, beating the German outfit 3-1 at home to secure three crucial group stage points. Leipzig now slipped to the third spot in the table with just 4 points out of 4 matches, behind leaders Besiktas and in form Porto who have 10 points and 6 respectively. Leipzig are in a real contention for the Europa cup now as their next ties against Besiktas and Monaco don’t look easy at all. Porto have been in a sublime form in the Portuguese Premeira Liga, winning 9 out of the 10 matches played and drawing the remaining one and are one of the dark horses to keep a track on this season.
