Arsene Wenger has poured cold water on Thomas Lemar links. The 21-year-old has been extensively linked with a move to the Emirates in January after the Gunners’ failed £90m bid last summer on transfer deadline day. But Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has quashed all links today, according to the Evening Standard. When questioned about the possibility of making a January bid, Wenger said :

Wolfsburg sporting director, Olaf Rebbe, has confirmed their desire to make the deal permanent.

“At 22, Divock’s an extraordinary forward. He’s exhibiting his talent here right now.”
8. “Arsenal eyeing auspicious bid for Ter Stegen”
According to Don Balon, Barcelona shot-stopper and German international Marc-Andre ter Stegen is set to be the subject of a bid from Arsenal. Ter Stegen has established himself as the undisputed number one at the Camp Nou since Claudio Bravo’s departure. He has already won two La Liga titles and one Champions League title with the Catalan giants. It will be hard for Arsenal to land the German in London as the player is well settled at Barcelona and Barcelona, themselves, are unwilling to sell the 25-year-old German international.
