The Spanish armada has given us many young talents ages after ages. And when it is about the striker, we have seen players like Raul, Villa, Torres. But today is the day of someone else. The ed Real Madrid and present Chelsea clincher Alvaro Morata. On his 25th Birthday here is something you should know about.

Early life :

Álvaro Borja Morata Martín is a forward, born on October 23, 1992 in Madrid, Spain by his father Alfonso Morata and mother susana.
He was a destined child, the only son of the family, having an elder sister Marta, who has been his best friend since the childhood. Even in the age of crawling, he learnt how to chase a football as a toy, which was just a beginning.

Club Career :

His youth career took flight from Atletico Madrid in 2005.
Then he joined Getafe in 2007.
In 2008, Real Madrid C.F. loaned Morata from the Getafe CF youth team and he began to play for Real Madrid Juvenile C. In November 2009, Álvaro played in turn for all Juvenile teams (A, B and C) and Real Madrid C.
In July 2010, Álvaro joined Real Madrid C.F. Later, he went on tour around USA.
On August 15, 2010 Álvaro debuted for Real Madrid C.F. in the match versus AD Alcorcon.
On October 31, Morata scored his first goal in the match versus RSD Alcalá. On December 12, 2010, the forward played for the main Real Madrid C.F. team. Ten days later Álvaro played in Copa del Rey.
On February 13, Morata scored his first hat-trick in the match with Deportivo La Coruña B.
Between 2010-14 he scored 10 times in 37 matches for the Spanish Giant before when he moved to Juventus.
On 19 July 2014, Juventus F.C. announced that they had reached an agreement for the transfer of Morata, who signed a five-year deal for the fee of €20 million with Real Madrid having the option to buy him back in the future. He showed his real class there clinching vital points for the Italian champions. He scored 15 goals there.
On 21 June 2016, Real Madrid exercised their buy-back clause to bring back Morata from Juventus for €30 million.
On 5 April 2017, Morata profited from manager Zinedine Zidane’s rotations and scored three times in a 4–2 away win against CD Leganés to keep his team two points clear of Barcelona with a game in hand.
On 19 July 2017, Chelsea announced that they had agreed terms with Real Madrid for the transfer of Morata, for a reported club-record fee of £60 million. On 23 September, he scored his first league and team hat-trick in a 4–0 away win against Stoke City; this made him the 17th Chelsea player to achieve the feat.

International Career :

He represented his nation in U17, U18, U19 and U21 platforms in his youth career. He scored 29 goals in his 34 games.
On 7 November 2014, Morata was called up to senior team manager Vicente del Bosque’s squad for matches against Belarus and Germany. He made his debut against the former on the 15th, replacing Isco for the last ten minutes of a 3–0 win in Huelva for the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifiers. He managed to score 12 times yet.

Playing Style :

Good in the air and at holding up the ball, with clinical finishing ability, quick feet and excellent movement, he is a striker by position. He is also an accurate penalty taker.

Personal Life :

On 10 December 2016, he got engaged to his girlfriend Alice Campello and on 17 June 2017 the pair got married in Venice, Italy.

In March 2014, Morata shaved off all of his hair in solidarity with sick children, saying “kids with cancer wanted to have my haircut but they couldn’t, so I gave myself theirs”
