Mali beat Ghana 2-1 in the quarterfinal of the FIFA U17 World Cup at Guwahati to become the first team to book their semis berth.

Hadji Drame drew first blood for Mali in the 15th minute and Djemoussa Traore doubled their lead at the hour mark. Kudus Mohammed scored the consolation goal for Ghana from a penalty in the 70th minute.

England booked a semi-final berth at the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 courtesy of a dominant 4-1 win over USA in the quarter-final clash held at the Fatorda Stadium in Goa on Saturday.
Rhian Brewster scored a hat-trick with Morgan Gibbs-White also getting on the scoresheet for England. Josh Sargent scored a solitary goal for the USA.
