Former Dynamo Kyiv and Dnipro man roped in by I-League newbies Neroca FC
The 23-year-old left winger, who came through the academy and youth set-up at Abdish Ata, has joined the newly promoted I-League outfit Neroca FC.
Akhlidin Israilov, The Kyrgyzstan international, who has rendered his services to the Ukrainian outfit Dynamo Kyiv in the past, is all set to ply his trade in the I-League.
Akhlidin Israilov ( born 16 September, 1994 ) last played for FC Dnipro in the Ukrainian First League. Prior to this he was part of the famous Dynamo Kyiv of the Ukranian Premier League for 4 years where he mainly played for the Reserve Team in the Ukranian First League.
Proving the heralded contribution of the NorthEast to Indian football yet again, Neroca FC has joined the I-league and are making all the right noises. After losing just one game in the second division journey this season, the NorthEast club is making all the right noises by bringing in foreign players to their home-city to train and acclimatise to the surroundings.
Indian football’s second tier champions NEROCA FC has succesfully retained the cream of the crop from their promotion-winning squad for the upcoming 2017/18 I-League season.
Skipper and first choice goalkeeper Lalit Thapa, midfielder David Lalbiakzara, former India internationals Moirangthem Govin Singh (defender) and Singam Subash Singh (striker), midfielders Thangjam Saran Singh, Moirangthem Ashok Singh, Moirangthem Dhananjoy Singh, Ningthoujam Pritam Singh, Thokchom Johnson Singh, Chinakham Anandkumar Singh, and Ngasepam Tondonba Singh are the players who have been retained by the Manipur-based club.
The club has also decided to retain their African duo- defender Kallon Varney and striker Felix Odili for their much awaited debut in the top tier of Indian football.
Apart from retaining players, Neroca FC have signed ex-Burnley player Aryn Glen Williams and Haiti International Fabien Vorbe.
