Limited game time will force a move for the dynamic midfielder but Bayern holds out to keep him for the future.

With Champions league to focus on along with the Premier League title defence Chelsea are keen to have some qualitative additions in their first team squad before the Transfer Deadline Day. Renato Sanches has primarily become their major target after his amazing performances in the International Champions Cup and his limited game time at Bayern Munich last term would definitely force him to try out a move in another top club for more minutes to add to his development.

Bayern wants to keep Sanches on their books eyeing for their long term benefits after snapping him up for £35million from Benfica, so a permanent transfer is certainly out of the cards. But the Bundesliga champions are keen to loan him for a season so that he can gain more experience in the top flight football and improve in various settings.

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the Bayern CEO revealed about the enquiries made by the teams from different leagues, he said:

“There are at least 10 teams after Sanches,
[Antonio] Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday’s match because he knows he can make the difference on the pitch.
Ancelotti was pleased with his performance against Chelsea so we can make some reasoning on him later.”

Nemanja Matic`s departure is just a matter of time as he is heading for a medical at Old Trafford, so Chelsea will be left out only with three central midfielders and which might prove costly as the season progresses. So adding one more dynamic player at the middle of the park looks to be a viable option for the London based outfit. Antonio Conte has repeatedly stressed on bolstering his squad depth in order to pose greater challenges against the rivals. If this loan switch is successfully made out, Sanches will certainly provide more versatility and dynamism in the midfield and the Italian gaffer will get more options to reshuffle his troops against various opponents.
