‘Super Agent’ Jorge Mendes has reportedly met with AC Milan officials to discuss the future of three players.

Milan have already created a stir in the summer transfer window by spending around £160 million on nearly a whole new team so far, landing in some big coups in the shape of Leonardo Bonucci, Andre Silva, Mateo Musacchio and Ricardo Rodriguez in this process.

They have also captured the likes of Hakan Calhanoglu, Andrea Conti, Lucas Biglia, Przemyslaw Bargiel and Antonio Donnarumma; managing to convince ‘keeper Donnarumma to stay at the club in the process too.

According to reports in Italy, Jorge Mendes met with the AC Milan officials to inspect a move for Renato Sanches, Diego Costa and Radamel Falcao.

With their summer spending spree all set to stretch on, Milan have reportedly taken the decision to go for the kill in their persuit of a big-name attacker after they were left frustrated in their chases of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Andrea Belotti.

Milan have already roped in Silva from Porto but they are in search of another attacker after they put up Carlos Bacca on sale, with the latter heavily linked with a move to Everton.

Renato Sanches has been linked with a move to the San Diego for several weeks now, with the youngster having majorly struggled since his big-money move to Allianz Arena last summer

Sanches admitted he was looking to leave Bayern after their 3-2 win over Chelsea in the International Champions Cup in Singapore yesterday.

“Personally I’m not happy with my first year here because I’m young and I would like to be playing more, so I would be glad to go to a club who can give me the possibility to play,” he said.

“Milan is an interesting option and if the opportunity were to arise, I would like it. I think that I would have more chance of playing in Milan than in Munich. I’m currently on tour with my club in Asia but, as soon as we get back to Europe, we will have a meeting with the club and I hope we find a solution.”

But it appears Sanches has got his move sooner than expected with Milan set to make him their latest signing. Mendes also raised Diego Costa’s situation in front of AC Milan officials.

Diego Costa has been on the receiving end at Stamford Bridge all summer, having been informed by manager Antonio Conte that he is free to leave the club.

However, the striker’s return to former club Atletico Madrid has been held up by the Spanish side’s transfer ban, meaning a January transfer is the most likely outcome.

Milan, though, are rumoured to be keen on bringing in the 28-year-old on a six-month deal, which would suit all parties.

The final player reportedly discussed during the Mendes-Milan meeting this evening was Monaco striker Radamel Falcao.

The Columbian was in outstanding form for the Principality outfit last season, netting 28 goals across all competitions for them. The 31-year-old, who had a number of injury-ravaged campaigns in the Premier League, recently renewed his contract with AS Monaco but it is thought that the Rossoneri enquired as to his openness to a new challenge this summer.
