AIFF conducted fitness course for referees
The All India Football Federation organized FIFA Fitness Course for Referees in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh which concluded today (June 28, 2017). Around 110 referees from different part of the country participated in the programme.
The course mainly consisted on practical and theory sessions which were informative for the participants. The curriculum involved yoga sessions, pool sessions as well as psychological sessions. Match situations, post-match recovery and nutrition plans.
FIFA Referees Fitness Instructor, Ganesh Maniam, who conducted the course, shared his thoughts on the participants.
“The referees did well. Their active interest was encouraging. The course is designed to enhance their careers and everyone was on the right track.”
The course started on June 20th and was a grand success in terms of participation.
