Maldivian outfit appoints ex-Mumbai FC gaffer as their head coach

Maldivian outfit New radiant sports club appointed ex Mumbai FC gaffer Oscar Bruzon as their head coach for the remainder of the season.

The 40 year old has been appointed following the departure of Bernardo tavares. With only four matches remaining in the league, New radiant SC sits in second position with 21 points from 10 matches.

The Spaniard faces a tough task ahead to produce good results in a very short time.Oscar has had several stints with Indian clubs since 2012. He was also appointed as the assistant coach of RCD Mallorca who plays in Spanish 2nd tier league.He joined Mumbai FC as head coach during mid season, but was unable to stop his side from relegation.

Oscar faces a tough task ahead as his side faces New Victory next week. In his first match as the head coach he won’t settle for anything less than a win.
