Zlatan is up for grabs now
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s departure from Manchester United was confirmed today, after the club released it’s list of retained players.
The retired Sweden international signed an initial one-year contract upon his arrival at Old Trafford in July 2016, with that deal including the option of another 12-month extension. Ibrahimovic’s contract expires on 30 June and he’ll be free to leave United thereafter.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s departure from United was confirmed on Friday when the Premier League giants published the list of players released by the clubs who were part of the top flight in the 2016-17 season. United have decided not to take up an option to extend his contract by a season.

Zlatan has scored 28 goals in 46 appearances across all competitions for the Red Devils. Ibrahimovic’s season was cut short after he suffered a cruciate ligament injury against Anderlecht in the second leg of the UEL Quarterfinals and is expected to be out of action until the start of 2018.
