Keane set to return to Old Trafford
Michael Keane has been impressive this season for Burnley and is rightly in the radar of several Premier League clubs.
Manchester United is looking to bring back youth team graduate Michael Keane from Burnley this summer in a £15m deal, reports the Daily Express.
The Clarets signed Keane for £2m only two years ago but such is his meteoric rise that the Red Devils are keen on his return as he has certainly been one of the standout performers for the Clarets this season.
Now an England international, the 24-year-old will have his weekly wages quadrupled to around £100,000-per-week if the deal gets done.
Top Premier League clubs are after the signature of Michael Keane. Teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool are link with the England International. Excellent performances this season have attracted suitors for the defender.
Manchester United do have a good bond with Burnley and will look to use it to lure the young defender ahead of it’s rivals.
Michael Keane is a United academy graduate and left for Burnley as he failed to catch the eye of anyone here at Manchester United, but after 2 years Keane has grown a lot as a defender and Jose Mourinho is very keen to secure the signature for the youngster as he looks to strengthen the defence.
So with plenty of suitors knocking at the door to secure the signature of the 24-year old, it seems that he will make a move away from Burnley sooner than later. Only time can tell where the talented young defender will look to pursue his career.
