Spanish coach Rafa Benitez has decided to stay at Newcastle and lead them to the Premier League campaign next season.



According to reports, Club owner Mike Ashley has agreed to spend money on the upcoming Transfer window and has agreed to Benitez that they will spend each and every penny that they generate to rebuild their squad for the Premier League.

Yesterday, Rafa had a meeting with the club owners and reports suggest, the owners has agreed to the Spaniard’s terms and conditions.

Rafa Benitez joined Newcastle on 2015-16 season but he could not keep Newcastle from relegation but he decided to stay and has helped his side gain promotion to the Premier League.



Newcastle has to rebuild their squad and Rafa earlier said that he will leave the club if they did not spend according to him, his performance has earned him the club’s trust and now after a meeting they have decided to spend money on various transfer targets.

Newcastle has won the championship on last match day and has earned themselves a promotion to the Premier League, they might be aiming for midtable in Premier League next season but the presence of Rafa Benitez can be a good asset for the club.



The 57-year-old has won two Spanish cups, two Italian super cups, one English super cup, one Europa league, one Italian cup, one FA Cup, one Champions league, one EFL Championship cup and one FIFA World cup during his managerial career and he will be planning to add Premier League to his list of success.
