City and PSG to cross swords to sign Aubameyang

Borussia Dortmund face a battle on their hands to keep hold of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer.

The 27 year old Gabonese international has been on the radar of multiple top clubs around Europe, reports suggest that PSG and Manchester City are the potential suitors for Aubameyang.

The French giants are desperately in need of a strike partner for Uruguayan Edinson Cavani who has been a top drawer performer for them this season, but they are eager to add one more recognisable name up front and they may do it this summer.

Pep Guardiola is apparently looking forward to include a star name on his City team next season, they are also willing to pay up to £60 million for the Dortmund striker. Sergio Aguero has struggled for goal this season so Aubameyang’s arrival can improve the goal count of the stuttering City team.

Aubameyang is entering his prime years to add a major league title to his trophy cabinet. But finds it difficult to do so at Dortmund where currently they are sitting on 4th place in the Bundesliga.

But one club he has expressed his desire to play for is Real Madrid, the Spanish giants are no short of talent in their squad, with top players like Isco and Alvaro Morata not even getting a first team call up regularly, Aubameyang may find it difficult to force into the starting 11.
