Everton 3-0 West Brom: Lukaku level with Harry Kane on goals

Lukaku levels the goal mark with Kane as Everton beat West Brom. Final score Everton 3-0 West Brom.

Everton started the game strongly, the first chance came in the 4th minute when Kevin Mirallas did really well to cross into the box trying to find Lukaku but the ball was cleared by Gareth McAuley.


Everton was playing very good aggressive attacking football and they did force two corners within just ten minutes of the game.

Romelu Lukaku came close to open the scorecard twice for Everton but his shot was not on target and West Brom were doing a good job in defence against the Everton stars.

Kevin Mirallas scored the opener for Everton as Ben Foster made a great save to deny Ross Barkley’s shot but fell into the path of Mirallas who just passed the ball into the net in the 39th minute.


Morgan Schneiderlin increased the advantage for Everton by scoring a late goal from Romelu Lukaku’s pass in the 45th minute of the match.

At the halftime, Everton was leading the game with a scoreline Everton 2-0 West Brom.Mirallas (39′ minutes) and Schneiderlin (45′ minutes) scored for Everton.

The Second half was dry with few number of chances for both teams as  West Brom made some improvement in their defensive tactics.


Romelu Lukaku is now level with Harry Kane at the top of the Premier League goalscoring charts after scoring the third goal of the game in the 83-minute for Everton.
