Barcelona 6-1 PSG : Barca wrote a new Champions League history
Barcelona made history after beating PSG by 6-1 in the second leg of the Champions League fixture.
Barcelona has completed their Champions League comeback beating PSG 6-1 after suffering a 4-0 defeat during the first leg.
Barcelona started the game strongly and was looking to produce the biggest comeback ever in Champions League history after losing the first leg by 4-0.
Barca was looking aggressive and was attacking PSG with their full power, Luis Suarez opened the scorecard for Barcelona in the third minute of the game.
Suarez scored a great goal as he outjumped goalkeeper Kevin Trapp to head in the opener after just three minutes.
Lionel Messi had a great chance to increase the goal tally but his shot from a free-kick spot in the tenth minute of the game was not on target.
Messi, Neymar and Ivan Rakitic had chances to score but they could not beat the well drilled PSG defence.
Barcelona increased the lead by 2-0 when PSG’s Layvin Kurzawa scored an own goal, he was not favoured by the fortune as he miscued the ball into his own net in the 30th minute of the game.
At the halftime, Barcelona was on the right path as they were leading the game by 2-0 (2-4 PSG) but they needed two more goals to be level on aggregate with PSG.
Lionel Messi scored the third goal for Barcelona as he easily converts a penalty in the 49th minute of the game as Barca were closing on to make history.
PSG did reply with a great goal from Cavani in the 62 minute of the game to make the score line 3-1 (5-3 agg).
Barcelona levelled the score line with Neymar’s double at 88′ minutes, 90’+1 minutes of the game.
Segi Roberto scored the winner for Barcelona as they beat PSG by 6-1 and 6-5 on aggregate to complete one of the biggest comeback ever in champions league history.
