Ian Wright expects Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal
Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright expects his old boss Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal after this season.
Arsene Wenger has been surrounded by rumours expecting him to leave Arsenal after this current season.This has been case for a long time now as he is again speculated to leave Arsenal.
Wenger is under tremendous pressure as the gunners are not able to challenge for the Premier League title,this has lead to a strong reaction from fans as they are asking Wenger to leave Arsenal.
The fans are so angry now that they are punting up banners against Wenger and is asking him to leave Arsenal.He is yet to renew his expiring contract leading rumours that he is set to leave the club he joined 20 years ago intensify.
Some sources are claiming that the Club is also looking forward to replace him and is preparing a shortlist of future candidate to replace Wenger.
Wright former Gunners forward who has played under during 1998 has said in an interview that he has spoken to his old boss,and he suggest that Wenger might leave the club soon.
“I was with the boss last night and, if I’m going to be totally honest, I get the impression that I think that’s it.”I genuinely believe. I was with him for a few hours last night and we were talking. He didn’t say to me ‘I’m leaving at the end of the season’ but … I just get the impression in him and looking at him: ‘That’s it.’-he said in an interview.
