Watford beat Everton by 3-2
The premier league fixture between Watforf and Everton ends in a 3-2 victory for Watford.The goals were scored by Okaka (36′ minutes, 64′ minutes), Prödl (59′ minutes) for Watford and R Lukaku (17′ minutes, 86′ minutes) for Everton.
Lukaku’s double could not save the match for Everton as the new signing Okaka scored two great goals to secure a victory for Watford.
Everton started the match strongly and were dominating Watford and Romelu Lukaku opened the score at 17th minute for Everton.
Romelu Lukaku slotted in a great goal from Gareth Barry’s inch-perfect pass into the penalty box,Lukaku took the shot and scored it to make the scoreline 1-0.
But Watford did not give up and Okaka scored from a back-heel,it was his first goal in Premier League after May 2010.
Watford started the second half more confidently and were rewarded with a goal from Prödl at the 59th minute of the game to lead Everton by 2-1.
After Prödl’s goal Everton lost their composure are were not playing at a good tempo,their defenders were making mistakes and Okaka took advantage of Everton’s sloppy defending and scored a great header to increase the advantage to 3-1.
Lukaku scored a goal just 5 minute before the final whistle from a header which took his goal tally to 15.Watford are now at seventh position and Everton at ninth on the league table.
