Atletico de Kolkata beat FC Goa by 2-1
A late strike by Stephen Pearson ensured a victory for Atletico de Kolkata, as they returned to winning ways by defeating FC Goa 2-1 at the Fatorda stadium.
The Goan side now sits at the bottom of the table as the chances of qualifying for the the playoffs is almost over. Zico made three changes to his team with Jofre, Matheus Trindade and Rafael Dumas included into the starting eleven.

The goal should have came earlier as they went close on too many occassions. Teams went for the break with the Kolkota side leading at the halftime.
Goa began the second half with purpose, and managed to make the score level in the 80th minute of the game through Mandar Rao Desai.
Pearsons strike in the dying minutes of the game took the game away from the home team.It was a much deserved victory for the visitors.
