Delhi Dynamos beat Kerala Blasters by 2-0
Delhi Dynamos beat Kerala Blasters FC by 2-0 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Thursday.After this victory they have moves to the First position in the league table.
Kean Lewis and Marcelinho scored for the home side Delhi Dynamos.Lewis started the score line for Delhi and the scoreline was doubled by Marcelinho.
Zambrotta made a couple of changes to his side with Kean Lewis and Marcelinho coming back to the fold at the expense of Rupert Nongrum and Bruno Pelissari.
Elhadji Ndoye paired up with Cedric Hengbart at the heart of the defense for Kerala,Ishfaq Ahmed and Didier Kadio also made their way back into the starting line-up with Mohammed Rafique and Michael Chopra were at the bench.
The first half was so great as both teams were pushing hard for an opener Marcelinho and Belfort were showing great kills and were trying to find gaps in the opposing team.
Kadio and Gadze had really good opportunity to score but were not able to,the trilling find half end in an goal less draw.Delhi were dominating the game over Kerala as the fist half ends.
The second half was more lively and at the 54th minute Delhi was gifted by a goal as Kean Lewis scored a open chance which came after an terrible error from Kerala goalkeeper Nandi.
After a minute Marcelinho scored a beautiful goal as Nandi could not save Marcelinho’s header.The hosts held onto their lead for the remaining minutes and went to the top of the table.
