The Spaniard is struggling to find his feet under Antonio Conte and West Ham are ready to buy him in January Transfer window.

Fabregas made his first start in the Blues 4-2 extra-time win over Premier League champions Leicester in the EFL Cup where he scored twice

But things turned sour for the former Barcelona midfielder against former club Arsenal.

He was the first player hauled off by Conte 60 minutes in after they went 3-0 down in the first half.

And, according to the Mirror, the West Ham would be happy to offer Fabregas an escape route from Stamford Bridge.

Slaven Bilic’s side have had a rough start to their debut season in the Olympic Stadium.

The West Ham were knocked out of the Europa League in the qualifying round.

They have only picked up just three points from their opening five games.

They currently sit third from bottom in the table and a lack of creativity in the final third.

Bilic would be more than happy to accommodate the World Cup winner.

If he fails to secure his place in Conte’s starting XI.

AC Milan have also been linked with a mid-season move for Fabregas
